YOGA & PADDLE-BOARD (SUP) RETREAT 2024
£135 - Saturday’s - 18th May / 22nd June / 20th July / 10th August / 7th September 2024
A two hour Yoga journey of yin, core, vinyasa flow yoga and yoga nidra specifically designed to prepare you for your SUP session, mind body and soul. Accessible to all levels although some practice of yoga would be beneficial. Following the mornings yoga session relax and enjoy a choice of freshly made soup, sandwiches, and salad by our wood-burning stove before the afternoons paddle boarding. After lunch we will get our wet suits on and head off to our beautiful secluded woodland loch for an afternoon’s paddle boarding with your O.V. instructor. Our paddle boarding session is designed to be accessible and enjoyed by all levels, don’t worry, we provide everything you’ll need including transport to and from the loch.
YOGA & SURF RETREAT 2024

Spend the morning at the wonderfully rural Ocean Vertical HQ, in the heart of the John Muir Country Park with a 2 hour Yoga journey of Yin, Vinyasa Flow and Yoga Nidra. Followed by lunch provided by the Wishing Tree. After lunch its time to jump into Ocean Verticals thick 5mm wetsuits, gloves, boots and hoods, available too! and head down to Belhaven Bay to enjoy a surf lesson for beginner and intermediate surfers, so if you have never surfed before, your instructor will coach you through the basics of catching your first waves!

Come step out of your comfort zone and release your inner creative wild child at the wonderful rural Ocean Vertical HQ space, a beautiful 200-year-old Victorian Stables building in the heart of the John Muir Country Park, Belhaven, East Lothian. Pop on your Lycra, paint on your body using UV reactive paint and flow to 90 minutes of yoga to an upbeat music track, this is a fantastic uplifting event to help boost you through the post Christmas slump. Bring your friends! After Yoga we will meet around the fire pit for roasted marshmallows and warm spiced apple juice.

Join us on the last Sunday of every month for a relaxing morning of slow flow yoga, a delicious brunch including a hot drink of your choice and lots of chat and laughter! Held at Drift, we practice in front of spectacular views of the Bass Rock.
