We start the session with a Chakra Balancing Yoga Nidra which will then immediately be followed by the Reiki session. I work both hands on and hands off integrating Reiki with Reconnective Healing. I may include sound therapy (Crystal Bowl/Tingsha Bells) depending on the person and upon request. Reiki, which means Universal Life Force, is a spiritual healing art originating from Japan. It is a beautiful, gentle healing modality that can be applied with the practitioners hands on/hands or off the body. It is believed that the practitioner channels Reiki through their hands onto the client which has a very calming, soothing healing effect. This therapy assists the body to heal itself naturally and on all levels.
