Monday mornings : Barefoot Sanctuary

In the light and warmth of The Barefoot Sanctuary, this class is the only way to start your week! Yoga offers you an hour of Ashtanga/Vinyasa style flow Yoga, starting class with a gentle warming sequence, followed by dynamic fundamental asanas and finishing with a peak pose/s, ending class with a relaxing savasana and/or Yoga Nidra. During the summer months and weather permitting we will venture outside and practice on the beach. Bliss! All levels welcome.
