Monday mornings : Barefoot Sanctuary

In the light and warmth of The Barefoot Sanctuary coming to Yoga and setting your positive intentions is a great way to start your week. Yoga offers you an hour of Ashtanga/Vinyasa style flow Yoga, we start class with a gentle warming sequence, followed by dynamic fundamental asanas and finishing with a peak pose/s ending class with a relaxing savasana and/or Yoga Nidra, you will feel grounded, stretched, centered, calm and feeling like you can take on life challenges. During the summer months and weather permitting we will venture outside and practice on the beach. Bliss! All levels welcome.
