Barefoot Sanctury

Monday mornings; 9.15am-10.15am

In the light and warmth of The Barefoot Sanctuary, this class is the only way to start your week! Yoga offers you an hour of Ashtanga/Vinyasa style flow Yoga, starting class with a gentle warming sequence, followed by dynamic fundamental asanas and finishing with a peak pose/s, ending class with a relaxing savasana and/or Yoga Nidra. During the summer months and weather permitting we will venture outside and practice on the beach. Bliss!

Saturday mornings; 7.30am-8.30am

This is a great way to start your weekend, it somehow creates space for not only your body to stretch but time too, you’ll be home by 8.45am full of energy and ready for the weekend! You can even join the Before Breakfast Yoga open water swimmers and grab a sea swim after class! Expect an hour of dynamic Ashtanga/Vinyasa flow Yoga with inversion practice at the end of class and sealed with savanna (Relaxation). I also make nutritious energy ball power bites for you to eat after class (at an additional cost) which change weekly! Matcha, lime and coconut bites seem to be a favourite at the moment!
